Set in the upper Spey Valley between the Cairngorm and Monadh Liath Mountains, Kingussie is a picturesque and historic village at the south of the Cairngorm National Park. In a quiet terrace above the village is Clifton, a traditional detached stone built villa set in a quarter of an acre which has been lovingly and painstakingly restored as a family home. However, The West Wing of Clifton, once the house keeper's quarters, now provides quality, private holiday and short break accommodation for two.
